PELCAA - Resources and Support for Police Executive Leadership Training

Police Executive Leadership College Alumni Association (PELCAA) encourages support for the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC) program and provides provides a continuing source of contemporary training for police executives. 

In addition, it serves as a forum to encourage progressive police management, to foster high professional standards in law enforcement, and to provide socially oriented group functions to further the business of PELCAA.

One of the most visible functions sponsored by the PELCAA is the yearly retrainer, providing current police executive management training for PELC graduates. Another program proudly sponsored by the PELCAA is the granting of scholarships to each PELC class, awarded to deserving individuals who otherwise may not be able to attend PELC
